For the Fire Goddess — the one whose ears are the loudest thing she is wearing.
Watermelon tourmaline earns the name honestly: green at one end, pink at the other, translucent the whole way through. These are strung as raw stones along fine gold chain, so they swing and catch the light with every turn of the head, like stars strung along the milky way.
The whole earring runs about an inch — long enough to move, short enough for an ordinary Tuesday. Wear them with your hair up and nothing else, or let them carry a plain black dress on their own. Color and shape vary stone to stone.
Raw watermelon tourmaline stones, 6 to 9 mm · approximately 1 in total earring length · recycled 14 karat gold fill · handmade in a California studio
