Refund policy
In store purchases are all final. If it is an online purchase, we will consider a return for in-store or online credit within 10 days of receipt if you reach out to us at wysdohm@gmail.com. We do not accept returns for online purchases for any refillery or food items or any items that are used, worn, or not with original price tag still attached to product. If we accept your request for an online return, we will respond by email with instructions on how to return the item. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will determine whether a refund for in-store or online credit will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, drinks wellness consumables, perishables, refillery items, skin and body care products), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In the case of exchanges where a separate purchase for new item is made, once the return is accepted, we will refund your credit or debit card for the original purchase.
Refunds
We do not generally offer refunds. Instead, we generally offer in-store or online credit through a gift card if any "return" is allowed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
