Take My Hand Scarf with Holding Hands

This scarf is modeled after the size and weight of traditional vintage French scarves to create chic, easy to wear designs for every day use. A splendid and wholly original ode to friendship, this design combines several pieces of art in the tradition of Victorian collage — including a remarkably detailed engraving of clasped hands and sun rays from 1626, a painted heart from a seventeenth-century color chart, flowers, and leaves & hummingbirds from an 1800’s lithograph. The resulting print is joyful and fresh. 100% viscose (derived from plant fibres such as wood and bamboo). Handwash, hang to dry. 68cm x 155cm.
