Snail Teapot

For the Earth Goddess — tea, at the speed of a snail. The correct speed.

A Heather Goldminc original for Blue Sky Clayworks, this hand-painted ceramic teapot wears a lush green shell and a speckled beige body, with vibrant flowers and mushrooms blooming at its base and lid. The handle twists upward like a garden vine, and the whole affair is finished in a glossy glaze that catches the afternoon light.

Pour from it slowly — the snail insists — at garden teas, rainy-window afternoons, and any ritual that deserves unhurrying. Between pots, it holds court as woodland sculpture on the open shelf.
