The rose has been in women’s jars since Byzantium; the hyaluronic is the part chemistry finally worked out, the molecule that simply holds water and refuses to let go of it. Together they make a cream that feels like almost nothing and behaves like a great deal — light enough to disappear under whatever comes next, present enough that you notice by evening.
Take a fingertip’s worth while your face is still faintly damp and press it in rather than rubbing; it goes further that way, and the 2 oz jar will last a good deal longer than you expect. Choose amber if it lives on a sunny windowsill, clear or frosted if it lives in a drawer. When the jar is empty, bring it back and have it filled instead of buying the glass all over again.
