Blue kyanite grows in blades, splintering into long striated shards that catch the light along every fiber. Each one here has been wire wrapped by hand into a silver bezel and hung from a silver plated chain strung with freshwater pearls — the roughness of the raw stone set against the softness of the pearl, which is the entire argument of the piece.
