Deep Cleaning Dental Paste

For the Water Goddess — the one who keeps her rituals simple and her ingredient lists short.

Four ingredients: coconut oil, activated charcoal, baking soda and cinnamon essential oil. It goes on black and rinses clean, and it is not meant for every morning. This is the once-a-week paste, the deeper clean you do on a Sunday night while the house is quiet. The charcoal does the polishing; the coconut oil keeps the whole thing from feeling like sandpaper.

A small amount on a dry brush, worked gently, then rinse well. Follow with your everyday paste if you like. Keep the jar out of direct sun so the oil stays solid.
