Kitchen Witch Trudy – Orange

For the Fire Goddess — the boldest Trudy of them all, dressed for the season of bonfires.

In flame orange, Trudy wears the classic pointed hat and a flowing black skirt with layered netting that floats mid-swoop. Striped stockings, curled shoes, a colorful blouse, and that unmistakable mischievous smile round out her look; the broom is not decorative — it is for sweeping bad luck straight out the back door. Her ancient charge, per the rhyme: nothing spills, nothing spoils, overcooks or overboils.

At 14 inches she is the centerpiece witch — hang her beside the range hood or give her the top of the open shelving. She suits a kitchen where chili gets an extra pinch of cayenne and intentions get stirred in clockwise.
