Handmade Organic Cotton Castor Oil Wrap

Castor oil has been pressed and applied for centuries, and the wrap is what makes it civilized. This one is hand-sewn in Aiken, South Carolina by a small woman-owned workshop, from a soft hypoallergenic layer of one hundred percent organic cotton that lies against the skin, backed by a waterproof organic PUL outer layer. Even the stretchy straps are organic — no dyes, no synthetic finishes, nothing between the oil and you but cotton.

Warm your oil, position the wrap, and cinch the straps. They stretch to sixty-six inches, so it sits just as well across a torso as around a knee. Rinse and reuse. Set aside a quiet twenty minutes in the evening and let it be the slowest part of your day.
