An affirmation for every letter of the alphabet, which turns out to be a rather elegant trick: the child is learning their letters anyway, so the kind sentence comes along for free. They pick a card, they say the line out loud, and over enough mornings the line stops being something on a card and starts being something they think.

Prop one on the breakfast table and leave it there all day. Let them choose the card on the way out the door. They work just as well in a classroom or a daycare circle as they do on a kitchen counter, and the age range on the box says 18 months to 100 years, which is a joke that is also true — plenty of adults have quietly kept a set on their own desk.
