Upcycled Black Sweater Flapper Cap

For the Fire Goddess — black on black, and the door opens.

The pattern comes straight out of the 1920s: six panels, a small bill, the shape a woman wore pulled low on her way somewhere she probably was not supposed to be. Handmade here from recycled sweater knit set on a black band, so the whole thing reads as one long shadow.

Wear it with the leather jacket, the long coat, the outfit that needed one more idea. The stretch band means it sits where you put it and stays there through the wind.
