Upcycled Sweater Bun Beanie

A recycled sweater rebuilt as a beanie with an elastic band at the crown, so the bun goes through the top and stays there without a hair tie. The label sits at the left brow. It stretches like any beanie and, because every one starts as a different sweater, the weight and texture shift a little from hat to hat.

Made for the mornings that involve cold air and a ponytail: running, cross-country skiing, the dog, the driveway. Hair off the neck, head warm, nothing in your way.
