Flower Obsidian is that best friend stone that tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, but does so from the purest of heart, wanting to help. Obsidian can feel brutal and direct at times, yet it also assists in cathartic releases and deep soul healing. It shows you how it is and provides a clear picture of the changes needed within one's self. Obsidian is said to be the "mirror to one's soul," bringing about objectivity, detachment and the truth of a matter. It reveals to us our own inner demons and darker truths, so that we can release and grow. It is also highly protective, shielding from negative energy in the environment and from others. Flower Obsidian operates similar to Snowflake Obsidian. As a "Stone of Purity," it brings truth and balance back to the mind, body, and spirit, empowering the user to accept change and transform one's life. It aids in recognizing negative and self-defeating thought patterns, bringing them to the surface so they can be released. It then assists us in realigning with the light and our Higher Self. Rhyolite is also known as Rainforest Jasper. Before beginning to develop the Earth Line, those of us at Wysdohm didn’t know a whole lot about this stone, but we are definitely having a love affair with it now. Like the Rainforest, this high energy stone goes deep to uncover those things felt, but not yet seen while being gentle in so doing. Rhyolite is like a “reset” button. Rhyolite is thought to assist in strengthening the mind, body, and soul, in part, by helping heal and resolve past wounds, including past life wounds, thereby integrating the past with the now. Rhyolite is here to remind us to take the time to act out of compassion and love for ourselves. It assists us in clearing away the negative thought and self-doubt and finding that spark of light that each of us has inside of us, even if we’ve kept it buried for far too long. It is the light that illuminates the path back to our Higher Self and what sparks true passion and joy in our lives.
Hematite is the grounding force in the stone world that connects us to Mother Earth. Everyone can use a little Hematite in their life given its powerful grounding and balancing energy. Hematite assists the user in feeling centered and calm. Its energy is intense, but also subtle. It is also a very protective stone, assisting in protecting against harmful geopathic and electromagnetic energies. It is also said to be a great detoxifying stone. Hematite is one of our favorite stones to use, and something everyone should have on hand for those moments when balance and grounding is needed.
