For the Earth Goddess — who has been through it, and came back up with something to show for it.
Two stones, both of them unusual. Flower obsidian is black volcanic glass with pale gray blooms suspended inside it, each one a crystal that formed as the glass cooled. Rhyolite — also called rainforest jasper — is its opposite: mossy green and cream, banded like a cross-section of ground. Both in 10 mm matte rounds, with gunmetal hematite rondelles at the center and between.
Dark green, black and pewter. It is an outdoors sort of palette, and it wears well with denim, olive, camel and anything worn soft.
