The Paloma is one of the great summer cocktails and also one of the easiest, and this mixer removes what little work was left: an ounce and a half to two ounces into tequila or mezcal with seltzer, and you are done. It is as easy as that.

It is equally at home with sparkling wine, plain seltzer, or iced tea — the bold flavors come through whether or not there is alcohol involved. Each 16 fl oz glass bottle of this highly concentrated mixer will make up to 11 drinks.
