Longsheng rice water and flax seed oil: a very old idea about hair, and a very good one. The women of Huangluo have been rinsing with fermented rice water for generations and have floor-length hair to show for it. The flax oil is what brings the slip and the shine. All organic, nothing synthetic, and formulated to build volume rather than press the hair flat against your head.
Take a bottle the first time — recycled plastic, or clear or amber glass with a pump if it's going to live out on an open shelf — and after that, bring it back and refill it. That is the entire premise of the Refillery, and the reason your bathroom stops generating a bag of empties every month.
