For the Air Goddess — mid-stretch, mid-bloom, entirely unbothered.
Anyone who lives with a cat knows the stretch: front paws forward, full commitment, the whole body one long exhale. This one holds the pose forever, flowers painted down her back, ten inches of hand-chiseled recycled steel from the artisans of Le Primitif in Haiti — the same chalk-mallet-and-chisel craft Georges Liautaud began on a flattened oil drum in the late 1950s. Handmade throughout, so dimensions and finish vary slightly; she is the only one exactly like her.
Set her on a garden wall, a windowsill, or above the bookshelf — a daily nudge to loosen your shoulders, take up space, and stretch toward whatever you're calling in. One in the shop.
Approx. 10" x 8" x 0.5" · Hand-chiseled, hand-painted recycled steel · Made in Haiti · Wipe with a dry cloth; shelter from harsh weather to keep the paint bright
