Freedom Sourdough's gluten-free starter means the homemade-bread renaissance no longer has a gluten gate. Three and a half years young and thriving, this culture turns gluten-free flours into loaves with genuine sourdough character — tang, rise, and the smug satisfaction of "I made this."

Each order includes 20g — two tries' worth, since only 10g is needed to begin. Feed it well and it will outlast most houseplants and several resolutions.
