Ingredients: Minnesota Cultivated Wild Rice, Basmati rice, Leeks, Onion, Wild spinach, Peppers, Carrot, Potato, Organic Cranberry, Cardamom, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Tomato, Parsley, Dill, Salt, Palm oil.

Directions: Mix entire contents with 5 or 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 40 min.
