Just add canned tomatoes and water — and ground beef if you like — to make 10 cups of delicious chili.

Instructions: soak beans in 6 cups water, then add three 15-oz cans of tomatoes or tomato sauce and the package bulgur, veggies, and seasonings; simmer 2–3 hours until done.
