Maragogype is the largest Arabica bean in the world and one of the rarest varieties grown anywhere — a unicorn in specialty coffee, and difficult enough to farm that most of the industry has quietly given up on it. Twin Engine grows it above 4,000 feet in Nicaragua's volcanic mountains, under triple-canopy shade, and sun-dries the beans inside their own fruit. Every harvest comes out a little different from the last. The Black Edition roast takes it dark for the enthusiasts: smooth, rich, and unmistakably itself.
